Girl Scout Summer Camp Styled Shoot at The Kirk Estate

I am delighted to finally be sharing this set of images with you! Some of my favorite wedding ladies and myself teamed up to create a styled shoot inspired by Girl Scouting and Summer Camp. It started as a small idea last fall, blossomed as snow still covered the ground, and as summer was quickly approaching we all met up at a 19th century farmstead, the perfect backdrop to make our ideas, inspiration, and hard work come to life.

It was a warm June day, the light fell just so, the way it does in June: dappled through trees thick with green leaves; gleaming off every blade of grass. They said I do below a blooming arbor, celebrated in an open field as the sun set behind 100 year old trees.
